Roman Infantry Legion Army Centurion 30cm Educational Ruler

The Roman Infantry Ruler is plastic and measures 30cm long. It shows measurements in both inches and centimetres. On the inches scale it includes units of 1/16 of an inch and on the centimetre side units of 1 millimetre.

On the front of the ruler are images of the banners of the 4 legions of Emperor Claudius that invaded Britain. There are also eagle banners on each side of the title with the abbreviation SPQR, for Senatus Populusque Romanus meaning "The Senate and People of Rome".

On the reverse of the ruler is another SPQR banner and pictures of a centurion, legionary, standard bearer and vexillium. There is also historical information about the Roman Army.
